Note: Vacancy numbers are provisional and may be revised by DTU. Geospatial Science and Geospatial Technology positions are subject to the conditions concerning sanctioned posts stated in the official advertisement.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the educational qualification and experience requirements prescribed for their respective disciplines.
Requirements vary depending on the post and may include relevant postgraduate degrees, engineering qualifications, NET or equivalent examinations, PhD qualifications and academic or research experience, as applicable under the recruitment rules.
Applicants should consult the discipline-specific Recruitment Rules in Annexure II before submitting their applications.
Age Limit: No upper age limit is prescribed for appointment as Assistant Professor. The university's prevailing superannuation rules will apply.
Eligibility will be assessed as of 7 December 2026.

Selection Process
The DTU Assistant Professor selection procedure includes:

Final selection considers academic records, research contributions, teaching ability, domain knowledge and interview performance.
